Introduction

The following are the Terms of Use (“Terms”) under which you (“You”) may use the Modus Intern website (the “Site”) and includes the Modus Intern Privacy Policy incorporated into these terms.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between You and Modus Intern (“Us”) and are deemed in force each time You visit the Site. If You do not accept the Terms stated then You are not permitted to use the Site.
Modus Intern may update the Terms at any time so You are encouraged to visit this page frequently to review the most current Terms.

Agreement

Accessing, using or downloading information including data, images, video, text and other content from the Site (“Content”) or uploading information including, data, images, video, text and other content to the Site (“User Content”), constitutes an agreement to the Terms and You acknowledge that any use of the Site shall be at your sole risk.
You must be 13 years of age or older in order to visit the Site and if You are not the age of majority as defined by the applicable laws in your jurisdiction, You must be under the supervision of your legal parent or guardian while visiting the Site.

Rules of Conduct

  • You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction including but not limited to all applicable copyright laws, privacy laws, anti-spam laws and intellectual property laws and you agree not to display, distribute or provide content in violation of such laws.
  • The information you provide to us through the Site’s forms, user profiles, email, phone and all other correspondence will be truthful and accurate and be kept up to date.
  • You will use the site in a professional manner and will not harass or spam other users including employers.
  • You will not create fake profiles, duplicate profiles, or a profile on behalf of someone else.
  • You will not access data not intended for You or access or attempt to access an account that doesn’t belong to you.
  • You will not share with a third party any login credentials to the Site.
  • You will not use the Site to sell, promote or advertise products or services.
  • You agree not to use viruses, malware or any material designed to modify the functionality of the Site or disrupt its performance.
  • You agree not to remove, bypass, violate, or attempt to violate security measures put in place to protect and secure the Site.
  • You agree not to perform actions that impose a disproportionately large load on the Site.

Intellectual Property

All content from the Site including text, graphics, images, video, information, logos, button icons, presentation, and the overall design (ie. look and feel) of the Site, are protected by Modus Intern under Canadian and International laws.

You retain the ownership rights of all the information you post or upload to the site. However, to maintain a level of service for the features provided at the Site we require certain rights to the material that you provide.
If you submit content to the Site, you agree to grant Us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to access, use, reproduce, publish and distribute such content for the purposes of promoting the Site and its services.

Modus Intern respects the Intellectual Property of others and we insist the same from You. The unauthorized copying, posting, reproduction, distribution, modification, public display or performance of copyrighted works is a violation of the rights of the copyright owners. As a condition to using the Site, You agree not to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others in any way.

  • Any actions or inaction from Modus Intern employees, visitors of the Site, or members of our service suppliers
  • Opportunities and relationships formed through the Site
